Let's get started.....
You will need:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
6-8 slices Swiss Cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup white wine
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups stuffing
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
For this go around I used Moscato wine that I happened to have on hand. Any type of white wine will do for this recipe. If you object to the alcohol, apple juice will serve the purpose.
Place chicken in a baking pan and place slices of cheese on top of chicken. In a separate bowl, mix the soup, melted butter, wine and spices. The mixture will be thick and lumpy.
That looks delicious! And you know I copied it down in my recipe notebook!!
ReplyDeleteI have a question though....is that stuffing the boxed stuffing with all the spices mixed in? Or is it just dried breadcrumbs. Please help me....I'm confused! tee hee
