FarmChick,when I was working, my boss would send us little motivational quotes on occasion. One of them was very similar to yours. I've not researched it to find the true quote or author, but it was something like this. "If you always do, what you've always done, you'll always get, what you always had."(I will try to find the actual quote. I collect a lot of quotes.I love that one.)
