Fall is officially here, but with our recent 80 degree temperatures the flowers are still going strong. My Morning Glories are still growing up the fence gate and closing up tightly after the morning fades away.

Some of the wildflowers are losing petals, but mostly due to the lack of rain.

I love the
lavender on this flower......

and the deep purple on this specimen.

We are adjusting to being back in school this week. It has been a bit brutal getting up so early! Wishing everyone out there a great week.
very nice pictures. congratulations.
ReplyDeleteall the best, george
Beautiful! We certainly are having a bit of Indian Summer in Ohio after the cool temps of 2 weeks ago! Our flowers are still blooming, too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots! Love the closing morning glory one!!!
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain with the lack of rain. We had a storm come through a little over a week ago, but it was so dry that the ground soaked it up and begged for more. Bone dry here again.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a good week, too!!
Oh yeah....love those pics! Especially the morning glory.
Beautiful colors on your farm! Here's hoping the week gets better.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, all of our flowers have gone to sleep for what will be their long winter nap. Gorgeous pictures, tho!
