I love old barns. We've got one at my Mom's, next door, the farm I grew up on. Sadly, its days are numbered. It's been slowly deteriorating over the years and now needs to be taken down. My dh used to say he wanted to do it but it's a huge job. I'd love to be able to salvage the wood and use it...
Anyway, nothing like a photo of an old barn on a sunny day with blue sky and fluffy clouds in the background. Brings me back to my youth and while I might not have thought so at the time, I realize now it was heavenly! :)
Someone should make a coffee table barn book. I love looking at all the different barns posted from around the world. There is something about barns that make me happy.

There are no such things as barns where we live, even in the village; as space is very limited. Most of the time it is a cramped in a corner near the kitchen !
