Id like to invite everyone to read a blog post today of a woman who joined the old order Mennonite church from the outside. I'm extremely lucky in publishing her very first, and most likely last post on Amish Stories. A lot of work was involved in her getting permission to be even able to write anything on the internet, and permission was given by her bishop. So please stop by and read about a woman who gave-up her car and other worldly possessions for the person that she loved. Richard from Amish Stories.
He has been a blessing to us. He is friendly to everyone. Him and the big cat got along from the start. They don't fuss at all. He doesn't bark or whine. His teeth look perfect. He was dirty and has had one bath. He goes to see his vet on Monday afternoon. She will give him a general checkup and his shots. My granddaughter (11 years old) loves him and takes him out on a lease to do his business. They are best friends.
You are an amazing photographer. I would love to be sitting on that porch. Not sure what the poem means, but it reminded me of an old quilt...when I am lucky enough to find pieces of one while thrifting.
One's junk is often another's treasures. Neat shots.
