That's funny...but not out of the ordinary for where I live in S. Arkansas. We see some of the oddest, but not surprising things around here. Gotta do whacha gotta do! :-)
Confederate flags are so common still in the South but when you don't live there it's such an odd thing to see and as a gas cap...I would be tempted to at least take it and toss it in the garbage.
