No News is Good News

Have you ever heard the saying, "No news is good news"?  That would certainly apply here at the farmette.

School days, frosty mornings, homework, early suppers, and a plethora of rabbit hunting seem to be rounding out our days.

I think we might just mosey our way through winter.

That would be just fine with me.

Sounds like a plan! I enjoy moseying, used to be the southern way, no hurry, just mosey!

Is that snow or frost in your photos, which are beautiful as always Michelle!

My Mom used to say that all the time. I love old phrases and I had forgotten about this one. What neat scenes , be sure to check out my CONTEST post on my blog for a chance to win a pair of my handmade earrings. :)

What a gorgeous pair of photographs! They are almost like old-fashioned sepia photos that are then hand-colored. Bravo!

I would like one really good, really deep snow that would last a couple days and then I would be ready for spring.

We had a bust of a snow storm here in Oregon.. now it's flooding like crazy.. and a freezing rain going on just up the road. I'm done with Winter.. give me Spring.

Your pictures are so beautiful. The other day, I tried to look into your book, but I couldn't get to it. I guess my connection is too slow here. All the best with that project though.

We have had winter weather since mid January, with 50 degrees expected in a couple of days. Crazy.

How can you mosey through winter with no snow? That would be a shame! :-}

Love the light, shadows and frost.

Ya mosey? Not here. I'm at a standstill this AM. It's -1F right now. Too cold to mosey? Ya, I think so.

I am praying for such a week this next week. My last week was too much filled with "news." Beautiful pictures as always. Thank you for them!
