Simple Pleasures

A sweet dog catching a bit of sunshine while enjoying a new toy.

A sink full  of clean dishes, which actually means we were all in the same place at the same time to enjoy a meal together.

Blue, sunny skies on a January day.

Two guys who enjoyed a morning of hunting on our farmette.

And, did I mention maybe only one more week of the hot-pink cast for the girl in the house?

Life just keeps rolling along.....

LOVE your header collage!

A good week at your house. Your dog is SO, SO sweet. Wow...that cast off already? Kids heal SOOOO fast! Good for her! I bet she (and YOU) are ready to see it go!

I think the activities you can have in little towns in US can be quite exciting!

LOVE your pictures! Oh and our dog had that toy too! It's now a shredded mess on the living room carpet... but it has lasted the longest out of all the toys we've ever given them for Christmas...

Do you follow my mother's rule of "You killed it, you field dress it"? My granny used to chicken-fry rabbit, so will you be frying, or do you have another recipe?

Trixie follows the sunshine around in the house....just laying in it!

My husband loves to rabbit hunt, but only goes after a snowfall....(no dog)

Nice bag of rabbits. Our population of rabbits has been down for a few years but I'm starting to get a few on my cameras.

Karen Deborah said...

Yeah it does! So as the owner of multiple dogs how did you get THAT picture?

Did you make rabbit dinner? I'm glad the cast is coming off.. those are no fun at all.
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Are those rabbits lined up there? I used to go rabbit hunting with my uncle back in MI. Them's good eatin'!

Hope 2012 is a great year for ya'll! :)

That farmette delivers quite a bounty - of simple pleasures and beyond.

A (very) belated Happy New Year.

Oh, that pecan pie sure looks good even if my fave is cherry pie !

Hi Michelle - your pictures say "home and family and contentedness" and that's wonderful! Love the picture of your guys with the hunting trophies. They CAN bring home the bacon and are always so proud!
