Enjoy Your Own Roses

"We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon-instead of enjoying the roses blooming outside our windows today."

  1. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. It's an attitude. Nice post.

  2. How true that is.

It is so nice to see your Nasturtiums a flower I learned to love as a small child in my grandmothers garden. She showed me that I could eat the peppery leaves and I thought that was pretty cool.

I planted a new variety this year, I just had to try it because it is black..we will have to see how black it really is but the leaves came out very dark green or maybe I should call it dark grey. I will be posting on it if it turns out.

Have you seen or grown the 'black' one?

    Have a wonderful weekend.

  13. I am not dreaming of a magical rose garden. I have one of the best rose gardens in the country just two blocks from me, Elizabeth Park. Lucky me!
