Ugh, I hear ya!!! The worst part is, you work like mad to accomplish a number of tasks, you're busy all week, non-stop, and when you look at the list of tasks, you only nibbled at it!!!
Wow.. that's exactly how I feel this week.. something every day going on.. today I have to swim for an hour then go to a meeting to try to save a historic building in our community... I feel a blog post coming on about that.. :-) ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
My "treadmill of life" is now on a slower speed. I think everyone is on a treadmill, we have to know when to go fast and when to go slow and when to stop ! We should always be in control. Have a beautiful weekend perhaps on a slower pace on your "treadmill of life"
I was just thinking the same thing...
ReplyDeleteThis week has flown by. What a beautiful dog!
ReplyDeleteHave a good day! Mildred

ReplyDeleteIs there any truth to these sayings: "Time Flies When you're having Fun"
ReplyDelete"The older I get, the faster time passes. I'm afraid I won't be able to get everything done in time."
almost mid-sept already!
ReplyDeleteI know! It's crazy, right? And the older we get the faster it goes.
ReplyDeleteRetirement is the only treadmill cure I ever found. Oops. Sorry~
ReplyDeleteUh huh, it has. I don't know where they go either. I think they skip over sometimes.
ReplyDeleteoh yeah. time is flying by...
ReplyDelete"time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana!"

ReplyDeleteJust moved house and had to sell our treadmill. May have to walk outside, in the fresh air now. Horrors!
ReplyDeleteSlow deep breaths, Michelle, slow deep breaths.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking that about this year.
ReplyDeleteThese last two weeks have flown by!
ReplyDeleteThere's no cure for this malady, Michelle. Just keep moving forward. You can't accomplish everything. xx
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing today, too. I asked twice "Is this really Friday?"

ReplyDeleteWhat do they say about those past, simpler times? Did the hours and days pass as quickly?
ReplyDeleteAmen sister! Where does the time go?
ReplyDeleteThe nice thing is, that once the wheel is down to the ground, it will be lifted up again.
ReplyDeletePlease have you all a good Sunday.
I think it's more like downhill ski racing.
ReplyDeleteThe week has indeed flown by. Time never waits for anyone, does it!! Hope you had a wonderful week Michelle :)
