With Thanksgiving officially over, the Christmas season has begun here in Smalltownland.
Christmas on the Square was celebrated with the town's populace counting down for the lights to be turned on throughout the square.
Santa made his appearance during the parade and set up camp in our historic courthouse.
Now, I think we just need a little snow to complete the season.

it is quaint and pretty.

Very pretty! I think I can see Ralphie from The Christmas Story there back behind one of the trees! :)
ReplyDeleteI just adore your town. We live in a small town but it has no downtown, just a school, post office, country store.. one old church that has a business in it... no town square and all. I'm jealous!

I like Smalltown life! Who was N Lewis? 1828 is a long time for any business to be around. It reminds me of our hometown hardware store (now defunct).
