Taking a Moment

The events of today have shocked me beyond belief and given me pause to be enormously thankful for my family and all I have in life.

I hope you will join me and send up prayers for those affected by the school shooting.

  9. Haven't seen much from the pro gun advocates. One thing to own a hunting rifle or shot gun. It's another to own a weapon of mass destruction. I guess these kids should have had a license to carry. That's what some jerk thought would have stopped the mall shooting the other day. Everyone carries....no one gets shot.

  14. Sorry, but gun control won't prevent this from happening again, and again and again. The mental health system in this country has failed us and must be repaired. What torture there must be within one, for this much evil to emerge.
