I already know what you are thinking.
You shouldn't eat it.....
It isn't on your diet.......
Too many calories.......
But, just do it anyway.
Bake the brownies, make the frosting, assemble the concoction and take it to a friend.
Pass them out at work.
Give them to your children or grandchildren.
Spread a little happiness.
"Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions."
The Dalai Lama

those look heavenly - is it bad to eat a brownie for breakfast? yummy good. ( :
ReplyDeleteYes true, but my idea of a balanced diet would be to have two of these. One in each hand....:)
ReplyDeleteYou said it....
ReplyDeleteOMG!!!!! Peanut butter browine, heaven:)Francine.
ReplyDeleteBut, it's so good . . .
ReplyDeleteYes, you were reading my mind...but as kind and generous as that sounds....it would never get out of my grasp!
ReplyDeleteThose look positively decadent.

ReplyDeletemmmmmmm!!!! I wish I wasn't dieting...
ReplyDeleteOh my. Sigh. I hate my diet.
ReplyDeleteOoooh so delicious! I'm a sucker for sweet treats.
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteYUM! I think I might!

No, that is not at all what I was thinking. I was thinking "I want a piece."
ReplyDeleteExactly in my mind, but a good taste for the eyes and the imagination !
ReplyDeleteYeah! Eat what you love and be happy :) This looks Yummy!!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week ahead Michelle :)
The Dalai Lama was correct, but for me, my action would be to pass. It does look terrific, however.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh that looks delicious. I pretty much love your "do it anyway" advice!
ReplyDeleteMe wantie, me wantie bad.. printed the recipe. Sent to my sister. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteActually I'm quite certain there's nutritional value in there, and any residual calories can be used walking (jogging if you've had 2) around the farmette (lovely photos of your walk).
ReplyDeleteGreat quote by Charles Kuralt. We'd do well to be thankful for what we have vs whine about what we don't.
Sometimes the best thing is to simply eat and enjoy!
ReplyDeleteMy mouth is watering just looking at that brownie. I was feeling a little disappointed you didn't give the recipe, then realized the title was a link. Not on my diet, but my family will thank you. Nothing better than chocolate and PB unless you add cream cheese...YUMMY. Thanks, I think.
ReplyDeleteThe Dalai Lama may be right, but with my culinary skills I would be a really sad guy... I don't care who cook or bake and I enjoy it vary much anyway!
ReplyDeleteGulp! Gone! Diet?
ReplyDeleteok, if you insist!
ReplyDeleteOh goodness, that looks delicious :)
ReplyDeleteYum! I made smores brownies yesterday. The entire pan is already gone.
ReplyDeleteAny crumbs left. I'm always late to the party.
ReplyDeleteOooooo la laaaaaa.
ReplyDeleteoh - wow.
ReplyDeleteOh -- too delicious -- barbara
ReplyDeleteYUM!
ReplyDeleteMmmm...if I wasn't on a no sugar, no dairy, no gluten diet I would snarf this down in a heartbeat. Hope you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteThis must be healthy. Peanut Butter is good for you. Cocoa comes from a plant as does sugar and vanilla. Butter and cream cheese are great dairy products and we need calcium.
ReplyDeleteYeppers, it's naturally good for you!
Think I'll have a piece (or three).
Not so sure about the cake, but I like the Dalai Lama quote! Have a nice weekend Michelle!
