Amen! Today I had one of those middle aged moments...I went to the nursery to locate live meal worms to help attract eastern bluebirds to my yard. I have a bluebird box that is vacant (ugh). After I purchased them I thought "only a middle-aged personwould think this was fun on a Saturday afternoon.Have a great weekend.Velva
So true especially on a long weekend. Enjoy. Love the photo. B
haha...oh, I'm middle aged, then! lol...we must all be, because he let the machine pick up.
That's funny! But so true.
That is so true but always when the phone rings, I have a fleeting hope maybe I won lotto so far it hasn't happened.Merle.....
Oh, I have definitely hit that age when I detest answering the phone. I love that shot today. What photo process did you use on it?
Every single time our phone rings we are rattled.. we live a pretty quiet life here on our little farm in Oregon. Enjoy your weekend.. I'll eat a crab for you tomorrow.. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Have a great weekend....love the photo
I so agree, this week has wiped me out.
i've never liked to talk on the phone at any age. i know, i'm a party pooper.

So pretty. I hate phone calls. They make me cringe.
Hi Michelle, Great photo and I love that quote. Wonder how old Nash was when he said that? I think it also applies to those of us who are "vintage" age. :-) Have a great weekend! John
Interesting quote and beautiful image!
Lol, that's exactly how I feel this evening. I liked TGIF yesterday and now I'm horrified that Saturday is almost over already! This is an absolutely gorgeous photo of a deliciously inviting path!
Such a funny quote! I usually let my phone go to voicemail. What does that say about me? Haha. Have a great weekend!
Was so happy that the phone did not even ring once today, and I could play for hours with the kid. Please have you all a good Sunday.
Nash and Twain keep me in stitches!
Ah...here's to a quiet long holiday weekend. Love that path in your photo.
So true, and what a lovely picture.
Amen to that! We love staying home. Don't have to go out or answer the phone!Stay home and enjoy your weekend!
Haha! That's SO me!! I'm a homebody no calls please. :)
that describes me to a t!
Haha. That's so funny. And it reminds me of my young teenage self when I'd return home from whatever, first thing I'd say was "Anybody call?" For a long time my family referred to me as Anybody-Call?-Sharon. xx
Ha ha, I never seem to be in on a saturday night, although having said ... nothing booked for tomorrow ... maybe the phone will ring !
