Things I love.....
Girls who play softball.....
Boys who climb to the top....
American Gothic in all of its complimentary forms....
Small town football Homecoming courts.....
A man who knows how to pack a Suburban.....
Boat builders who can get it done in a weekend.....
And maybe, just maybe an old barn or two.......

Happy Valentine's Day!!! Love the Gothic picture
ReplyDeleteoh this is sure a sweet post! when we lived in georgia we did the homecoming celebration with the little kids in rec, fun! i love that shot of the american gothic and the s&h stamps sign in the background. i remember my mom and grandma collecting those books and we'd go into the little store to redeem them for goodies! i remember once i got to help pick out something and i picked a set of glasses that had a Hawaiian theme to them...i can still picture them!
ReplyDeletehappy valentine's day!
Thank you for these interesting impressions of your environment. Please have you all a good Friday.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day Michelle I love that barn. B
ReplyDeleteI love old barns also. My husband and I love taking drives partly because of all the old barns around here. They are beautiful! Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteA wonderful and loving post, Michelle. You've got it!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you Michelle! That is why I was scrambling to get the thing paid for before she may have thought she made a mistake. It is a very classic, timeless dress that is over 10 years old and is still worth much more than $8 bucks. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!
