Random Five Friday

My view through the fence, one evening this week, as my daughter scans a pitch while up to bat.

Secret Agent Man continues to heal well and has even learned that art of doing laundry with one hand.   Nice.

A new troop of bees arrive in a couple of weeks and thus the countdown has begun.

Frost two days this week. *sigh*

My daughter forgot her softball socks one day this week, so I stopped at a smalltownland store and picked her up a pair of "emergency socks".  They were diabetic/circulatory socks.  It was a total fashion statement that helped her hit a game winning home run.

  29. that is a great picture! "forgot her socks" makes me laugh - my oldest picked up softball as a freshman in highschool (they didn't have enough players and took newbies to fill out the team) on Wednesday she forgot her jersey. But your daughters game winning hit sounds like a wonderful ending!
