Random Five Friday

It seems the small lady of the flower bed needs some surgery before spring arrives.

If you are interested in photography, check out this link.  The professional photographer is challenged to take photos with a toy camera in interesting situations.

My daughter keeps changing my cell phone ring tone from Green Acres to the vintage Batman theme song.  Now it is Batman talking in my purse, "To the Bat Mobile!".

Snow this week and looking toward a 75 degree day on Sunday, with storms!  .  Welcome to Kentucky!

Inger left a comment inquiring about my dogs taking care of a mouse in the farmhouse.  Well, I do have a sassy Jack Russell Terrier, but she apparently has other things to do.....like relax in front of the wood stove. The Border Collie is too busy rolling in burrs.  And yes, I even had to clip some of them out of her long hair.  We both survived :)

  5. I once knew a Jack Russell terrier who was a better mouser than any cat, which is why I thought I'd ask. Thanks for explaining the situation. I will now go and try for my first Random Five Friday, I had to stop by here first because I forgot what exactly it is called.

  21. I think it's a HOOT that your ring-tone is Green Acres! I thought of changing mine to that, but I have the theme song to Downton Abbey on mine and I love it! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  22. That is a cool ring tone. My base ring tone -- the one for general calls where I have not attached a specific tone -- is James Taylor's "You've Got a Friend."
