The Wind is Chill

Heap on the wood!
The wind is chill;
But, let it whistle as it will,
We'll keep our Christmas merry still.

  8. There is something about the look, the essence, of a decorated barn that says 'Christmas' in a very soulful and heartfelt way.....
    I've never holiday-decorated the barn here but you've inspired me! Beautiful picture and quote. If I don't stop back before the day,
    Merry Christmas!

  22. What a pretty winter scene. I love wreathes on barns! If I ever get a barn...it'll have wreathes in winter and sunflowers growing next to it in the summer.

  24. I was recently back in Kentucky and took a lot of pictures of barn quilts. Wish I would have come across this one. So cute. The doors made me smile. They look like snowmen faces.
