The Wise Almanac

While perusing the almanac for weather predictions, (why do I bother?), I came across some wise words for life.

Never let fear decide your fate.

No two people are alike and both of them are glad of it.

If you are being kicked from the rear it may mean you are up front.

Be the person you dream, not the person you dread.

And, my current favorite.....

People who predict the weather are never wrong, it's the weather that's wrong!

  1. Our weather guy has mastered predicting both sun and rain at the same time, he is seldom wrong but it is kind of pointless to watch his weather. I just look at the satellite view on the internet and get a better idea. More ice here.

  21. You predict the weather using an almanac? I think I see the problem.

A variation on the third saying is that, unless you are the top dog, the view never changes.

  24. Good quote finds, Michelle!

I think the best weather predictor is to go outside, plan for the worst and hope for the best. I always tend to over dress so I have extra layers to keep warm from the wind or on the 4-wheeler.
