Thankful Thursday

Thankful this week for days and days of summer-like weather.  The kind that makes you want to catch fireflies at dusk and sleep with the windows open.

However, it seems that this type of weather, that we had last week, is on the return.

Storms and cooler weather loom ahead in the forecast.

But, hey!  It's all good!  No snow, below zero temps, or ice on the way.

  1. Foggy here this morning and hot later before it cools for a few days of tomato planting weather.

  2. It topped off in the low 90's here yesterday. At one point, the kids said it was "just too hot to even play outside". Oh no they did-n't! I quickly reminded them that it wasn't negative 14, so get outside and roll in the grass now that they could.
