Friday Randoms

Just checking the growth of a neighboring farmer's corn.  My view on the way home from the grocery.

I heard this song three different times this week.  I suppose the powers at be are sending me the message to share it with you.

Enjoy these photos.  I did!

Today is my Mom's birthday.  Sending some good vibes her way today!

I plan on watching some softball and drying some organic basil this weekend.  I knew you would want to know......

Linking up with Tanya today!

    1. Jen, I just pick it and lay it on a linen towel to dry naturally. Then I use jars for storage.

  6. Tis the season for corn on the cob in Ky I see. This is one crop that doesn't seem popular to grow around where I live. Maybe it doesn't grow as well out here as the corn in your great photo. Here is a link that you might be interested in -- its about bees: http://www.wqed.org/birdblog/

  7. That corn looks a lot better than what we have, they stopped plowing here and I think the ground is compacted to where most of the rain fall runs off.
