Friday Randoms

Blue skies, limestone, and leafless trees.....a trifecta of beauty on this Kentucky farm.

Sam Smith singing, "I'm Not the Only One", is my daughter's favorite song on the radio lately.  I introduced her to this version and she actually likes it.

We could all use a little humor in our lives.  Here is some Jimmy Fallon to get your weekend started.

I remember the Marlboro advertisements from my childhood.  Darrell Winfield, the iconic cowboy in those photographs, passed away this week.

Chefs divulge their favorite burger spots and I confess that it makes me want to visit a Shake Shack.  Never been to one.....

Linking up with Tanya today.....Go forth and have a great weekend!

  1. oh i LOVE hamburgers! i knew in n out would make the list and being from san diego, i just don't get the hype. they just aren't all that in my opinion. i haven't ever had 5 guys yet, although we had them in georgia and have one here and i do love steak and shake. we just got one here finally, we had them in missouri and that's where i first had one. i think they are much better than in n out....also, while travelling down to florida we had a whattaburger, oh i wish we had those up here! sooooo good! i confess, on our snow day thursday i had a big mac...i have to have one about once a year! it was pretty good! now off to check out the rest of your links! have a great weekend and thanks for linking :)

  24. This is indeed a beautiful, tangled, natural scene.

I think you have remarkable taste in music, but for the first time I can remember, I disagree with your choice. I think the Sam Smith version is far better.
