Friday Randoms

An artistic rendering of a dried pod of something or other......

I have shared a list of things about Kentucky before, but here are a few others that you might not have known.  I didn't know a few of them.

Found eggs in the coop!  A Christmas Miracle right here at the end of January.  Put them on the back porch while I did some more chores.  Came back to find 3 missing and my Border Collie smacking her doggie lips......

This teacher is showing everyone how cool we really are.

And, we know we need some music for the weekend.

Linking up with Tanya today.......

  5. the teacher and his dancing students were shown on local tv. they filmed that all in one take. a kid with a camcorder sat on an A.V. cart and was pulled through the halls by a couple of guys to stay ahead of the teach and his dancing groups. so cool. :)

  13. Cold, cold temps blowing through MD this weekend...I had to laugh at your pup and the eggs. Lucy would have brought them into the kitchen so I could scramble them for her. Keep Warm, Pat

  14. I loved the facts about Kentucky...I grew up going to MIddlesboro to shop...have never seen the coal house. But this was not the first time I had seen it mentioned. It was off our normal route.

  25. Wow--eggs in January! I'm impressed! But, BAD dog! :-) Loved all the great info on Kentucky. I didn't know a lot of this, and loved reading about it all. My cousin has seen a moonbow, I think where the piece mentions there being moonbows. She lives in E TN, so it wouldn't be a long trip for her to get there. Great post! Have a wonderful week, and hope you get more eggs!
