Thankful Thursday

The sunset, at the Farmette, yesterday afternoon.

Thankful this Thursday for sunshine.  The sun has been out and temps have been in the fifties.  An afternoon walk has been the norm, but snow is looming on the forecast for Friday and cold days are ahead once more.

Sounds like more time reading by the wood stove.  I think I can live with that.

Linking up today with Teresa.....

  10. We have also had some warmer weather and I saw people running around in shorts no less - guys. I always think that they are a bit weird because it is not that warm.

  13. What a beautiful picture...look´s so calm there. Here on the island we have snow, not much but still snow. It´s dark and dull and now I counting the days until springtime!
Have a lovely week, take care...

  27. We are just hitting a winter warm up, into the 20's (amazing what a difference 20 above makes opposed to 20 below in terms of keeping a house warm) and I heard maybe we'll hit 30's on Saturday!!
A book and wood fire are my preferable way to pass the cold days, too. :)
