Friday Randoms

A view of yesterday's sunset from the front porch.

In the market for a sweet Texas farmhouse?  Well, look no further, here you go.

I enjoy feeding birds here at the farmette, but they have never brought me a gift.  That is what is happening to this young girl.

Canadians have taken to drawing on their five dollar bills to honor the late Leonard Nimoy.  LLAP

It's been a Styx kick this week so you can listen here, here or here.

Linking up with Nancy today!  Glad to have you back!

Also linking up with Tanya!

  3. i loved that farmhouse, it's gorgeous...i often wonder how people are able to have their house that clean though and look not lived in...even when i clean floor to ceiling it never looks as clean as that! i really enjoyed the story of the little girl and the crows, wow! i didn't know that about them...i've always liked crows but when i see them and try to get a picture they always fly away so quickly...maybe i should feed them! interesting about the spock money! thank you for linking and have a great weekend!!

  25. That is a pretty nice farmhouse, and within walking distance of downtown Austin -- a great city. That would be tempting to many people.

  26. You have an outstanding view. I don't always click on links but I looked at each one here. Who wouldn't want that beautiful farmhouse ? ( my dad painted a different side of our White House each year)... Love the trinkets from the bird, and the link to Styx brought back memories of hearing them when I was a teenager growing up in Chicago. I haven't thought a out that in years!

  29. What a pretty sunset...
About autograph books...wonder why no one does that anymore? I go back and read things my 4th grade friends, my mama, my daddy, my cousins, all wrote so many many years ago...and if my house caught on fire, my autograph book would be the first thing (after my babies pictures) I would run out the door with.
