Thankful Thursday

Thankful this Thursday for a wonderful, whirlwind week.  I have had a great start to the new school year, the daughter had a great start to her Freshman year, the son started a new job, and the husband had a successful cattle sale.

Whew....we have been busy.

My photo for the Good Fences entry is really stretching it a bit, this week.  Photographed at the historic Wormsloe Plantation in Savannah, the oak lined drive is truly a thing of beauty.

  35. My guess when I first saw your photo was that it was South Carolina. I wasn't to far off. Love the tree's in that part of the country.

  36. I adore a southern oak lined drive!
With our twins heading into their senior year, I was wondering what your son is up to. (Everyone asks us these days, "what are they going to do after school!?") For now, they're going to finish high school and have no idea beyond that and we're perfectly ok with it. They're VERY ENTHUSIASTIC about earning solid paychecks this summer. :)
