Country Adventure

Does this photo make you think of escaping to the country somewhere?

Well, you really can.

Currently there are two essay contests floating around that are legitimate.  For $150 and a few words you can be the proud owner of either a Vermont B&B, (think Bob Newhart), or a goat dairy farm, in Alabama.

Either one could be an adventure......and a lot of work.

Linking up today with Tom the Backroads Traveller.

  1. There is the same legit deal for a B&B in our town but I don't think I want to fool with
any new adventure especially as we go into the next recession.

  3. You are surrounded by the most amazing barns ... The big, wooden shelters, some low, some with a higher tower ... all different at wind blown - I'd love to drive some of the roads you travel!
    Happy weekend to you, Michelle!

  23. It's a lovely photo and while I enjoy visiting the country I'm very much a "city girl" at heart so I don't think I'll be entering either contest.
