Friday Randoms

Just a few leaves on a few trees.  Once again, this is a view on some back roads.

Though none of us can live forever, it is always sad when someone passes.  Harper Lee left us with some fine words and a few life lessons during her time on this earth.

The photo of the handsome soldier from the 1950's has been making the rounds on the internet.  If you are unfamiliar with him, you can check him out right here.  Still a looker after all these years.

Need something relaxing to watch?  Try some sheep herding, on a massive scale.

Leaving you with some Steve Winwood and Eric Clapton for your weekend.  Worth your time.

  1. we see a lot of sheep herding here, but never from the sky this was amazing to watch-I imagine that this forest will soon host a number of beautiful Spring time surprizes.

  6. Loved the tale of the 1950s soldier and his sweetheart - made me consider being romantic. Couldn't escape the sheep herding - maybe I'll put some Clapton on later!

  7. I enjoyed your links, that fella was pretty handsome and what a nice story! I also liked the herding video. It was fascinating to see them but I was surprised at how many could get through the gate at one time without stopping the flow! Lovely shot of the woods too by the way. I enjoy a back roads side trip.
