On the Side of the Road

Spotted on the side of the road, just yesterday.  Things are getting greener and it is a welcome sight.  Warmer weather is on the horizon at the end of the week!

Can I get an Amen!

  3. Past an old tobacco barn yesterday and should have taken a picture for you. Faded white with faded sky blue vent door and a huge red bud blooming at the corner. So pretty.

  25. Nothing better than an old faded red barn, unless it's pictured with green grass and yellow flowers. You still get the best shots. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I'm trying to get back into it and visiting old friends. I just read your softball post and am amazed at how much "the girl" has grown. 2 of our grandboys play travel baseball all winter and even in California we suffer through some really cold games. But it is worth it.

  27. Great shot! Love the contrast. It is *so* good to see green grass and flowers again. We went hiking through the woods the day before yesterday. It was so wonderful to see the flowers blooming in the grass and the robins and bluebirds flitting through the trees. The rest of this week it is supposed to be in the 70s, so I'm really looking forward to it!
