Thank you, Debbie!
I love honeysuckle too. It will be a while before it is flowering here, though!
That's a beautiful photo, Michelle!
a sweet smelling invasive weed!
Tom, it is invasive, but at least it smells/tastes good!
One of my first memories is my sister and I picking stems from the flowers of a honeysuckle bush to lick the nectar at our old house back in the late 60's.And what a sweet memory it was!
Great shot. Wonderful experience. So many sweet smells to enjoy out there . . .
The honeysuckle is in bloom here too !Such a delicious smell, it is intoxicating.Beautiful shot !~Jo
Bet it smells nice also.
I have honeysuckle planted on my front gate trellis, it is beautiful, but doesn't have that wonderful smell that I remember. I suppose it has to do with the new hybrid vs. the old fashioned heirloom plants. I know that hybrid roses do not have the scent that the old fashioned ones do. Your photo is lovely :) Have a sweet weekend.Connie :)
Love your photo of honeysuckle. It is one of my favorite flowers for its fragrance. Ours is not yet in bloom but I'm looking forward to it in the next few weeks when I hope it's warm enough to keep the windows open so the sweetness can waft into our house.--Nancy. Very pretty. We have it blooming all over around here, but there aren't many bees out yet.~
One of my favorites as well. Lovely photo!
Everything in Naples is so tailored and manicured. Nice to see something free-flowing. I'll bet it smells great.
