We have a cemetery with a lovely grieving angel.
Powerful in evoking a sense of loss.
I've never seen a gravestone/monument quite so evocative. You're right, so emotional.I love it.Thanks for sharing.(Madge must have been very special.)
I haven't seen one like that before.
I enjoy looking at the sculptures that we see so often in cemetery's. Most of the time, those that are left behind are the one's who have to choose them and they really tell a story....
Aw...so true! I've never seen one like this before!
Wonderful piece of art.MersadMersad Donko Photography

Hi Michelle, Thought about you yesterday. It was the first day of school in Seattle's schools. Wondered if the same for you? Wondered how your first day went? The first day was always a big deal with me. Hope you have a great year!
John, I would just like to say that I appreciate you taking time to think of me! School here started the first week of August and I have a great 2nd grade class this year. We work on a slightly alternative schedule. We will have a one week break the first week of October and the other usual breaks during the year with another week off during spring.
Never seen a sculpture like that. Pretty unique you found.
