Friday Randoms

Saving one Terrapin at a time on country roads.  It's just how we roll around here.

If you have a great picture of your dog, and I know you do, now is the time to share it.  Garden and Gun Magazine is holding their annual Good Dog Photo Contest.  I will be entering a photo....how about you?

This Caiman gives a mean side-eye, but obviously is a bit of a softie.

I wouldn't say I am a huge fan of Lena Dunham, but I am a huge fan of her house.

Leaving you with my daughter's current favorite song. She is a fan of the show, Supernatural.  Alas my efforts at exposing her to classic rock have had a minimal influence.

Linking up with Tanya!

  4. Hello, happy Friday! I wish I had a dog to enter in the contest. The Caiman photo is funny. I am not sure who Lena Dunham is, I guess I do not keep up with the famous people. It is a cute house. Enjoy your day and the weekend ahead!

  6. Good for you Michelle. I think they try and run over them where I live. The turtles sit on the warm roads to digest their meals. Love Garden and Gun too. One of my favorites.

  13. I had a similar opportunity recently to rescue a similar but large snapping turtle by nudging it off the road with my boot. No picking those guys up by the tail...:)

  15. Love your Friday randoms Michelle, saving Terrapins is an excellent way to roll 😊 That's an amazing shot, I'm more than happy to believe it's for real.. I've never watched Girls, but Lena sure has good taste when it comes to picking a home, it's so gorgeous. Aimee is a huge fan of Supernatural also, those going men are rather cute 😊

  24. There was a period during my daughter's grade school years when Kansas' Carry On Wayward Son was also her favorite. But she adored most classic rock. An apple who fell close to the tree.
