Much To Do

Southern gentlemen shootin' the breeze.

Ever have one of those days when you put the bag of meal worms in the snack cabinet.  Yeah....bird food and people food don't mix well, but that is my state of mind.

Much to do and little brain space left with which to operate.

Did you know......

~ epsom salt makes better fake snow, than bona fide fake snow

~ some dogs like to chew an extra small hole in their new dog bed and pull out the stuffing

~ fake candles take too many batteries to operate

~ a young child who eats too many skittles will become quite unwell

I can't wait to see what will happen today.

  1. Oh, I like that photo. Bird food does not sound appetizing :) I put the kettle in the frig. It was already boiled so yes I get it. Hug B

  2. I've seen this view a great many times. Always makes me smile, because men think women are such gossipers...LOL! I have a dog that will eat the entire bed. He's nuts.
    Have a super day!

    1. Terri, men gossip so much more, I think. They still hang out at our community store and talk much of the day!

  5. hope nobody ate any of those worms. I keep mine in the fridge, but some might be hesitant of that. Bad dog having a little mindless play

    1. The dog having some mindless play is such a great companion to our family. Pulling out a bit of stuffing is the worst thing he has ever done in the many years he was been with us.

    1. Jacob, I teach 2nd grade and the month of December is craziness with all of the holiday activities and regular schooling, that must happen, before our winter break. Top that off with home duties and I feel like I am missing a few brain cells.

  9. I would like to experiment with epsom salts as snow, but I'll forgo the challenge. I'm sure our little Tahoe would try to eat it. She's like Mikey on the commercial from long ago...she'll eat anything.

Mealworms in the cupboard? Let's see...did someone in your household confuse it with browned coconut and put it on top of the cupcakes? =kidding

    1. Anni, no coconut confusion here, but that would have given me a good laugh! Well, as long as it wasn't me!
