Friday Randoms

It is hard for me to believe that the Daffodils are already blooming.  Seems just a bit too early for Kentucky.

I am a fan of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.  In case you missed it, (how could you?), here are a few of the more unusual dogs.

If you fancy a cup of tea and have some time for travel, this is where you need to go.

If you are looking for a quirky small town to visit, then this is your list.

Leaving you with a Tiny Desk Concert for the weekend.
Make it a good one.

Linking up with Tanya today.

  1. A nice cup of tea sounds good right now....and I could really enjoy this get-away. Our daffodils are beautiful this year. Have a nice Friday and an awesome weekend

  2. This is lovely! The daffodils are up here in southern Utah as well. Yesterday I took my camera out to photograph the few early spring flowers that I could find, and declared to myself that I was officially done with winter, even though it is only a short drive up to the snow covered mountains nearby!!

  8. Wow, that IS early for the daffodils! We have leaves but no buds yet. But we have oodles of Snowdrops! I also love the WDS - I enjoy keeping up with the breeds and who wins. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  9. OK, you beat us.
But we're certainly not far behind you.
70's yesterday, 80's forecast later today.
The blooms will be here soon.

  10. Our daffodils are tiny sprouts...maybe three inches ...coming up. Unbelievable for Ohio in February.

Saw Rumor on the news...what a pretty dog that won!

  12. I'm a bit jealous about the daffodils. :)
I've been in one of those small towns - Metropolis IL. I even have a photo of my hubby in a Superman cutout. Fun place!
    Good music as always.

  13. A few minutes ago I mentioned to my husband that the
Hellebore is making a mid February appearance.
    I peeked in to double check . . .

  15. Did you see Stripe, the Sheltie that won the Westminster Agilty 16" Championship? He barked the entire time! I love Westminster, too.

  16. My daffodils are halfway up already, but no blooms quite yet. Love watching the dog shows - heard a German Shepherd won - only the second time in history. I don't think a cup of tea is worth riding up a mountain on horseback, but I suppose you would want something at the end of it - although something a little stronger might be my preference :)

  17. That seems early for flowers. And I so love the winner of the Westminster Kennel Club this year. My favorite breed and dog too. I didn't see the show, but saw her last year and fell in love.
