Makin' Do

I think this barn in a good example of makin' do.  What is that, you ask?  Why, it is doing the best with what you have or what you come across in life.  A patchwork building, but it does serve the purpose.

Linking up with The Barn Collective today.

  3. That is funny.. apparently the person who built that didn't have much of an artistic eye.. or than maybe he meant to make it look like a puzzle? I've seen cars with several different colors of fenders like that. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  9. I think there is more intention than you give them credit for. Each colored panel is about the same size. Might be an artist nearby.

  18. As you say, sometimes we must make do with what we have. And, though it may not look terrific, if it functions we've done a good job!
