Thankful Thursday

Thankful this Thursday for a son.  Yesterday he turned twenty-years old.  He is an independent thinker who is not afraid to branch out on his own.  A challenge during his childhood, he has grown into a fine, young man.

What are you thankful for this Thursday?  Children, pets, family, or maybe just a peaceful moment of time.  Let me know!

  1. Thankful for a river cabin, where I can find peace.
No TV, no phones, no traffic, just quiet.
    Luck you.

  3. ...I picked up a poster years ago that said, "the most important things that you can give your children, are roots and wings." I've found that the roots are easier than the wings!

  10. Twenty-two is a great age - still full of hopes and dreams, and not settled in their thinking yet:) Often kids of teachers are independent thinkers:) I think it is developed/learned. Have a great rest of the week;)
