Just One More

Just one more photo of the water and sky before I mentally leave it all behind.....

Currently looking at a rain forecast tonight, which will afford me some time to catch up with everyone.  Our girl's softball team is undefeated in regular season play and their schedule is crazy.

Wishing all of you a great day!

  4. Have you thought of digging a pond and letting your spring fill it up? Then you can put a bench by it and have a water view. :-) ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

    1. Teresa, our farm is a very typical Kentucky karst landscape. We have sinkholes, swallow holes, etc.... We had two ponds on our property, but they drained themselves...sadly!

    1. Things do get a little crazy at times, but I know I will miss it when she is finished. My son has already graduated and my daughter has a couple of years left.

    1. Debbie, I am enjoying this softball team. They are such a great group of young women. My son has already graduated and my daughter has a couple of years left with high school sports. I will miss it!

  11. Beautiful!
I have never done jelly from violets or corn cobs. I made a watermelon rind jelly once, though, and it was pretty good.

  16. Hi Michelle, I am slow about getting around to visiting the blogs I follow. When I get to your blog I realize I have been missing a lot. I just looked over your last three posts and see that you’ve had a fine visit with family and enjoyed some time in Florida. Your photos have been wonderful! And your “Just One More” in this post … wow, what a great shot. Thanks, as always, for sharing and for your kind comments on my blog. Hope you and your family have a fine Easter weekend!
