The Green, Green Grass of Home

It's always good to get away for a few days.  See new things, do new things, and get the mind out of the work routine.  However, there is no place like home.  I was astounded at just how green everything was on my return.  This farm is just down the road from my own.  There is no photoshop or filter in place with this photograph, only green grass and a setting sun.

Nothing like the real thing.

  1. Beautiful! So true - there's no place like home!

Spring is truly here and the grass is definitely getting so green! It's like God whispers to all the outdoor flowers, plants, trees, and grass, too - and says it's time to grow again!

    Blessings! Net :)

  2. The winter grass has gone crazy here and finally the summer grass is starting to grow in the pastures. I just mowed the weeds in the garden again, weeds do so well it seems.
