Appalachian Word of the Day

sigogglin  - adj; unusually crooked; skewed or out of balance;  not built correctly

I will admit that this is a term I have heard of, but haven't used.  I can't even recall any family using it, but I have heard it here and there.....

It's easy to say that this fence is sigogglin and sometimes I feel like my mind is sigogglin....on certain days.

I did run across one definition that stated sigogglin was to, "look sideways".  The side eye is something I do all of the time.

Everyday I'm hustlin' toward being Appalachian.
