Friday Randoms

Cherry tomatoes are all the rage here at the farmette.  More than we can eat, most days.

If you are a fan of Charlotte's Web, and who isn't, then click here.

Even though I teach school and am around people/children all day, I am really an introvert.  If you feel the same, click here.

Right now my outdoor, clawfoot bathtub is a home for tadpoles....okay it was a fountain!  Once upon a time it was used like one of these.  Might have to convert it back to people use, next summer.

Leaving you with some Etta James for the weekend.  Make it a good one!!!

Linking up with Tanya today.

  4. Juice those for sauce, they make the best. In Italy it is called pacino

  5. Oh my. That introvert thing fits me perfect too. People always assumed I would be the first to volunteer to give speeches on every imaginable subject or occasion since I was a teacher.... WRONG! Maybe that's why I like blog writing and even have had a few magazine articles published...:)

  7. I'm loving those outdoor bath tub ideas!!! And even have one in my office... BUT if I wanted to put it outside, I can just hear what my husband would say. "You and your next husband can put it wherever you like."

  8. Oh, I like some of those tubs. Can't do tubs too much now thanks to arthritic knees but I can imagine the luxury. And being outside in a secure location would be the ultimate.

  9. I have caned cherry tomatoes, it takes a lot to get enough for a batch of pints but they are good to eat out of the jar in the winter. We are still waiting for ours to get ripe since I was so late planting this year.

  12. I love cherry tomatoes too.
Can't see myself taking a bath outside, I don't even like inside baths. I'm a shower person.

  14. Cherry tomatoes are one of the blessings of Sumer.
The farm is beautiful! I could live there for sure.
Yes, I can relate to those introvert things!
Those tubs are pretty cool, but I would be unlikely to ever use them... I'd need to be half dressed in case someone walked up! :)
I love, love, love Etta James!

  17. Wow, a surplus of cherry tomatoes is a problem I would love to have. Think I will go to the local farmers market today to see what I can pick up. This time of the year is amazing for the sheer variety of fresh produce. Have a great weekend, Michelle.

  21. I too am an introvert. But you wouldn't know it by my online presence. I think it has to do with being around people physically, too many and I cannot handle it. I am much better one on one. Lovely photography.

  22. Funny you should mention tomatoes Michelle, they are really juicy over this way too right now ☺ the introvert tweets made me lol, I related a bit too well 😀

  23. I get so many cherry tomatoes that it's hard to use them up. I started roasting them in a baking dish with olive oil and vegetables. Boy they are good!

  24. Susie's husband has set up an indoor tomato garden and Willa harvests them all as soon as they ripen. She loves it!

INTJ here. It surprises people, since I taught myself to work a room, give speeches, etc. They didn't know those were skills I decided that I had to have in order to be successful, and I am disciplined enough to make myself do what it takes. But, a long walk afterward was needed . . .

ancestors Bran The Builders i.e. kill the White Walkers not by building any wall but by using Dragonglass and Valyrian Steel
