Barns and Jesus

Strayed away from home this weekend, but not too far, just to a neighboring town.  Deciding to take the scenic route back home made us semi-lost, but we saw some great countryside.  This old barn being part of that greatness.

Further on down the road we found Jesus on a fence post.

He really is everywhere.

Linking up with The Barn Collective today.

  1. ...semi-lost, I like that! Folks often ask me if I'm lost and I tell them no, but I'm not sure where I am. Michelle that's one neat barn. Thanks for stopping by.

  10. My funniest experience in driving the back roads of Kentucky was the day we saw a purple blowup Jesus in a front yard. :)

  20. I like the weathered bar, it's a beauty. The fence post Jesus is unique and it reminded me when I saw Jesus sitting on a porch with duct tape over his broken arm. I called him duct tape Jesus. Yes, he seems to be everywhere. I can't imagine someone throwing out a broken armed Jesus in the trash. :)

  22. He really is everywhere. Love the randomness of it. One of my favorite quotes by Yogi Berra is, "“We're lost, but we're making good time.”
