Sunday Catch Up

Here we are again, already a week has passed and where did it go?  Hard to say, as so many things seem to fill our days.  This weekend was full of prom dress shopping, (for the girls), a movie for the guys, and a little rest in between.  This afternoon has been spent catching up on a few things left undone, but necessary for the week ahead.

Sharing a side view of our barn for The Barn Collective today.  A friend of ours made this star for us at Christmas years ago.  It lights the way for us, no matter the season.

"I was so naive as a kid, I used to sneak behind the barn and do nothing."

  2. I saw a weather report that was talking about snow on Tuesday, I suspect they are just trying
to increase sales of bread and milk.

  11. I loved prom dress shopping for my girl. And for myself, once long ago. Do ever watch Say Yes To The Dress? I look forward to that day as well.

  16. The star of the day who will it be. It used to be a tv program, Community Auditions, and the contestants would compete to be the star of the day.
I love Carson's quote, it made me laugh.
Have a great new week Michelle!

  17. The star is appropriate for any season ... at our daughter's there's a bit of the walk between their house and where we park in the back that runs out of light -- the sidewalk goes alongside their barn, so I think they need something like this. They know it by heart, but even tho we're there a lot (when we're in Oregon), it feels a little scary to me on a dark night!!
