My Friend

This month, my friend has been with me for 13 years.  Sassy and spirited, she has provided me with companionship and plenty of attitude.

"When I wake up every morning, I smile and say, Thank you.  Because out of my window, I can see the mountains, then go hiking with my dog and share her bounding joy in the world."

  1. Thank you for sharing you friend. Re: Carole King - this morning I gazed 'out my window' (open) and breathed in a beautiful sunrise. A bit breezy at 30 degrees but refreshing.

  5. Pets add so much to our daily lives and even though we are not pet-less and living in an apartment we have fond memories of both cats and dogs in our past residences. Wishing you and your beloved pet many more years of togetherness, Michelle.

  9. Aww...and she is such a cutie. We had a Hunter who looked a lot like her but he had short legs :D. He left this world quite unexpectedly a few years ago. I'm so glad God decided to create fur babies for his humans to enjoy. Enjoy your week, Michelle.

  18. Your very clever and intelligent friend I'm sure, Jack Russels are amazing!

Besides being best friends my dogs are my 6th sense, especially out in the woods. I'd feel vunerable without them.
