A Barn for Easter

Happy Easter to all......

This Sunday has been meaningful as we helped save a neighbor's calf that had been born in a huge mud hole.  Our recent deluge of rain has caused a tremendous mess across our region.  This calf was unable to get up and decided to lay on its side as the mud absorbed its head, accepting its fate as it were....

I am happy to report that our son hopped the fence and picked up the calf, as the Farmer Man of the house distracted the mom, bull and other cows with a feed bucket.

All is well this Sunday.

Linking up with The Barn Collective today.
