Friday Randoms

Working on softball games this week.  When the strike zone is as big as a pie plate, it makes for a long game.

Fitting memories of Barbara Bush, as she passed away this week.

I enjoy NPR's radio program, Wait, Wait...Don't Tell Me, and if you don't you should give it a listen right here.

If you are a tired parent this week, (me), you will appreciate these fellow tired parents.

Leaving you with some Gladys for the weekend.  I would be so cool if I had some Pips to follow me around......

Linking up with Tom today!

  17. Hi Michelle, it's good to catch up with your Friday randoms again. The parents anguish made me smile but the idea of the Pips popping up and harmonising while I'm singing in the shower made me laugh out loud 😀😀

  18. You've given me a little nudge to start listening to Wait Wait again -- we used to make it a big part of our Saturdays (and I was so sorry to hear that Carl Kassell recently died)......Anyway I stopped listening around a year ago last November because I couldn't see how I could laugh at the news anymore . I'm sorta' halfway to accepting life as it is whilst doing what I can) ... and maybe now I could laugh along with the crew --- I just kind of forgot all about the show, as I listen to NPR on my IPAD app now and just pick and choose my stories. (What a world we live in huh?)
