Softball Sunday

Snow, wind, and cold temperatures pushed through our area for most of the day, yesterday.  A hard freeze overnight, cold temps and softball this afternoon.

It's at times like these that I wish my daughter had taken up an indoor type of sport.

Wishing all of you a warm and toasty Sunday afternoon.

Linking up with The Barn Collective today.

  1. ...we are having a 'snowball Sunday' today! This weather is nuts. Just think, this summer we will be complaining about the heat. Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day.

  5. We had some pretty crappy weather overnight and today was cold and windy with gray skies. I did play golf but we kept moving. I probably would balk at sitting in some bleachers watching a softball game; unless my daughter was playing! :)

  6. We're having a rainy week due to a "Pineapple Express" - rainy weather all the way from Hawaii.. isn't that odd? I hope you don't get too chilled watching the game. We're in by the fire all day here. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  10. I remember those days with my son. My favorite were the junior college track meets. His events were toward the last of the meet and I remember one meet when it was cold outside and they ran the 10,000 meters for both women and men in separate races but they will remember you were there and that is important.

  11. Hope you came home without frostbite. That doesn't sound like fun for the spectators. Have a good week.
