Friday Randoms

This photo harkens back to warmer times of old, in another state.  Those are my people walking along Oak Alley.  Great memories.......

This is a nice at home workout when you can't get outside....like in a polar vortex.

It will soon be time for my favorite dog show.  Here is a look at the past winners.

What do football players eat before the Super Bowl?  You might be surprised.

Leaving you Friday with a Tiny Desk Concert.  RIP Dolores.....

Linking up with Tom today.

  6. Ive done that walking in place and it is a good alternative but if I have to walk inside
I still rather do the loops in my basement.
