Cool Sunday
Sheep, sheep, sheep.....I always think I need some sheep. The husband thinks otherwise. You don't see them much here in central Kentucky. More often in the western part of the state.
Our weather has been glorious this weekend. Temps around the 80 degree mark means this old farmhouse is open and all is well. Temperatures in the 90's are right around the corner this week. *sigh*

...I see sheep everywhere around here, they have become very popular for meat I hear! What a great shot with that one looking up at you. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI love sheep, and I have always enjoyed them in big numbers in Britain and Ireland. Of course, as a knitter I appreciate their wool.
ReplyDeleteHello, I think the sheep are cute. Love the view and photo. Happy Monday, wishing you a great day and happy new week!
ReplyDeleteWhat a very lovely rural scene Michelle, I see the little touches of autumn in the trees 🍁
ReplyDeleteYour picture looks as though it could have been taken in Scotland. We are surrounded by sheep here! I am also very keen on barns, although the barns here are not as big as those in the USA!
ReplyDeleteI would enjoy looking out my window at some grazing sheep, as well.
ReplyDeleteWon’t be happening in this Oak forest . . .
Wishing and dreaming will happen though . . .
Temperatures in the 50’s here . . . heat on this morning . . .
They're fun animals to watch, I've always thought.
ReplyDeleteNever too many sheep for you, never too much fabric for me!
ReplyDelete:)
They always seem like gentle animals.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful country scene!
ReplyDeleteOur temps are still in the mid-90s. I try not to complain, but it is beginning to get me down. We went to an outdoor wedding on Saturday, and I thought I might just melt right there even though we were under big shade trees.
Love the picture. My vote would be YES on getting the sheep. : )
ReplyDeletePretty rural scene .... we’ve noticed recently that sheep around here (in Oregon) are lambing in Fall as well as Spring (I don’t actually know that they are the same sheep, maybe they breed Fall ewes and Spring ewes... all I know is that when we first saw baby lambs in October, we wondered whether we’d lost a season or two.)
ReplyDeleteI think you need some sheep and some goats too. :-)
ReplyDelete((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Sometimes in the future I would love to have some sheep...now I have my crazy hens :)
ReplyDeleteLove from Titti
Nice to see the sheep! Glad your weather is good.
ReplyDeleteLove the beautiful scenery full of peaceful sheep.
ReplyDeleteI really love seeing the rural area.
