Friday Randoms

I can hardly believe it is Friday again.  One of the fastest weeks of my life, I do believe.  I am girding my loins today.  It is Friday the 13th and a full moon, after all......

Teachers, and Harry Potter Fans, take note.

I viewed Saturn at the Lowell Observatory a few years ago, but it doesn't compare to this.

Here are some old school Southern eats.  Some are a yes and some are a big no.....

Leaving you with some Ray LaMontagne.  Make this a great weekend.

Linking up with Tom today.

  7. That scene reminds me of ones we used to see in VA at this time of year, Michelle. Thanks for the memories. The full moon and the 13th date were quite a coincidence.

  9. I never even thought about Friday being the 13th ...I read newspapers and check my iPad more than once every day and somehow it didn’t even register! How funny.... they say when you’re retired you lose track of the days and apparently that’s so! (And apparently nothing traumatic happened to us on the ominous date). Hope I remember Thanksgiving and Christmas and a few other important dates on time). ....I bookmarked the Southern recipes for later ...just at a quick glance, I can guess a couple that are *not* on your (or my) keeper list, but I saw a few worth remembering.
